Privacy policy

The Spanish version prevails.
1. Data controller
| Controller | Tina Kostreševič |
| Tax ID (NIE) | Z2018058C |
| Address | Calle San Claudio 13, 38631 Las Galletas, Tenerife, Spain |
| hola@pasicsystems.com |
2. What data we process and why
We only process the data you give us when you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, that is your name, phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us about your business. We use it to answer you and, if it makes sense, to prepare a proposal.
WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta). If you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages pass through their servers and are also covered by their own privacy policy. If you prefer, write to hola@pasicsystems.com.
This site has no lead capture forms, no analytics cookies and no third party tracking tools. No profiles are created and no automated decisions are made about you.
3. Voice calls with the receptionist
On the demo pages you can talk by voice with an AI receptionist. At the start of the call she says she is a virtual assistant. To answer you, your voice is processed in real time and turned into text. It is only used to hold the conversation, improve the quality of the service and prevent abuse.
- Audio recording is switched off.
- The call transcript is kept for at most 30 days and then deleted.
- Your IP address is used to limit the number of calls and is not stored with your name.
- Please do not share sensitive data such as health or bank details. If you give a name or phone number for a test booking, it is treated like the transcript.
The legal basis is your consent when you start the call (article 6.1.a GDPR). You can hang up at any time.
When the receptionist answers the phone for a client business, that business is the controller of the data and PASIC Systems acts as processor, as explained in point 7.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when you write to us and on steps taken at your request before a contract, under articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
5. How long
Data is kept while our relationship lasts and then for the periods required by tax and commercial law. If we do not end up working together, it is deleted when it is no longer needed.
6. Recipients
No data is passed to third parties unless the law requires it. The technical providers that make email, hosting and voice calls possible act as processors under contract. They include Meta (WhatsApp), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database) and Retell AI (voice calls, with the speech recognition and language model providers it uses). Some are outside the European Union. In that case the transfer uses the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. Client data
When the owner installs a system that processes personal data of a client's customers, the owner acts as processor and signs the contract required by article 28 GDPR. One client's data is never shown to another, not even anonymised. The sample designs on this site use invented names and data.
8. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection by writing to hola@pasicsystems.com. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es.
9. Services your browser contacts
On the home page, the sunset, wind and waves block asks Open-Meteo from your browser for weather data in El Médano. Open-Meteo receives your IP address like any website you visit, and no data of yours from this site. If you call the demo receptionist, your browser connects to Retell AI as explained in point 3.
10. Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own or from third parties beyond those strictly needed to serve the page. It only stores in your browser, if you use them, the language you chose and an access key for Sandi's test calls. That is why there is no banner. There is nothing to consent to.
The terms of our services are in the terms of service.
